About the role
What you will do
As a CRM Developer at Optingo, you build business applications on the Creatio platform — from integration with external systems to your own modules that extend CRM functionality. You work in customer environments, understand their processes and deliver code that really changes the way they work.
You have access to current technologies: C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, REST API, machine learning. You grow with your projects — each implementation brings new technical challenges and new integrations. We are looking for both juniors with potential and more experienced programmers.

Scope of duties
Your tasks
Create Creatio business applications using C#, .NET Core, and frontend technologies
Design and implementation of integration with external systems (ERP, e-commerce, marketing tools)
Collaboration with customer design teams — from specifications to implementation and testing
Research and implementation of new technologies, including machine learning algorithms and systems integration approaches
Code review, technical documentation and support for less experienced team members
Participation in the requirements analysis process together with analysts and PMs

What we are looking for
Open to applicants in the final year of study
Required
Higher technical education (IT or related) or last year of study
Fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Good knowledge of English — writing and speaking
Ability to work in a team and analytical thinking
Interest in cloud solutions and CRM systems
Creativity and self-reliance in problem solving
Welcomed
Experience with CRM platforms (Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Knowledge of C# or JavaScript (even the basics)
Fundamentals of relational databases (SQL)
Experience with Agile and Scrum
Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools
Experience with REST APIs or system integrations
